Admission is open to students who will benefit from a challenging combination of GES and British national Curriculum English education. Admission is open to students whose academic, personal, social, and emotional needs can be met by the school’s programmes and services, and who can achieve success in a mainstream environment. Alpha Beta Education Centres provides support for several children in each class representing a range from mild and moderate learning difficulties to highflyers, based on the schools physical and human resources. Placement assessment is carried out using appropriate screening tools administered by Academic Coordinators and/or Head teachers. This determines whether a child’s needs can be met by the school and in which grade level to place the student. Students are placed according to year of birth. For admission to pre-school, parents will present their children for a Readiness Assessment Interview. (See Pre-school Parents’ handbook Appendix 1A) Students transferring from other schools must present transcripts, school reports (for the last 2 years) test scores and testimonials from previous school.
