Alpha Beta Christian College ABCC offers the following Cambridge International Examination (CIE) programs: Pre-IGCSE (Form 1 – 3) IGCSE and A-Level.
ABCC is a member of ISSAG the International Schools Sports Association of Ghana and our basketball football and swimming teams participate in several inter-school matches and competitions both on our school grounds and away. Our students have the opportunity to take up Art Music and Drama Over the years our students have participated in the Mini United Nations Mock Summit as well as going on several educational trips and camping expeditions. Local and international excursions and field trips are organised regularly to enable our students see practical aspects of the curriculum and gain international exposure. Culture Tours: In 2008 a group of 34 students and 6 staff took part in a U.K./Paris Culture Tour. As well as exploring the tourist attractions of London and Paris they attended a week-long Christian camp where they had the opportunity do several fun activities interact with other young people from different cultures and share Gods word. In 2011 a group of 25 students and staff took part in a UK culture tour. Pupils had the opportunity to attend a Christian camp as well as seeing some of the historic sights of London. These included Madame Tussauds the London Sealife Centre the London Zoo the London Dungeons and the London Eye. Other International trips embarked up include; UK - 2013 2017 Rome - 2018 South Africa - 2018 Community Service: Our college students are actively encouraged to participate in community action projects through ACT (Alpha Beta Charitable Trust) which enables them to develop their skills in planning entrepreneurship public relations and leadership. They are encouraged to see projects through from beginning to end. This experience helps them to look critically at some of the developmental challenges facing our nation and come up with ways in which they can help to solve some of the problems.
